Outer body is made of thick Mild Steel. Furnace is lagged with ceramic wool and hysil blocks for insulation. Heating elements are made of Kanthal A1, made into spirals and inserted through the refractory holes provided on all 4 sides of the chamber. A safety electronic fuse is provided to cut off in the event of chamber temperature rising above set temperature, thus saving the heating element from burning off. A control box made of mild steel, is fitted on the right side top of the furnace. It consists of indicating lamps, On/Off switch, contactor, fuse and digital temperature controller along with Cr/Al thermocouple sensor.

Tray dryers are doubled walled, with inner and outer body made of thick mild steel sheet mounted on a rigid steel framework. The gap between the two walls is filled with thick fiber glass wool thermal insulation. The unit is provided with air inlet, adjustable air outlet, self locking insulated door with asbestos gasket, etc.

Trays are made of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminium, as required. Tray dryers are also available with stainless steel chamber, trolley, etc.

Drum Heaters provide an easy, efficient, clean & economical way for the handling of viscous or low melting point solidified materials in Drums. Such materials include Asphalt, Bitumen, Fats, Gelatin, Glucose, Grease, Lubricating Oils, Paints, Petroleum Jelly, Phenols, Plastics, Sodium Tar, Vegetable Oils, Varnishes, Waxes etc.

    Drum Heaters are mobile ovens heated by flexible surface heaters made from imported Nichrome 80/20. They are made in rugged designs and stand normal usage in chemical industries. They can be used for heating the contents of drums kept in the vertical or horizontal positions. The contents may either be melted completely and removed as a liquid, or they may be melted only at the surface touching the drum walls and removed as a solid block by tilting the drum.
