Muffle Furnace
Muffle Furnace Construction :

Outer body is made of thick Mild Steel. Furnace is lagged with ceramic wool and hysil blocks for insulation. Heaters are made of 80/20 Nichrome wire, uniformly wound on the muffle. A safety thermal fuse is provided to fuse of when the temperature exceeds the set temperature. Mild steel control box is fitted on the right side of the furnace. It consists of indicating lamps, On/Off switch, contactor and digital temperature controller along with Cr/Al thermocouple sensor.

Laboratory Oven
Laboratory Oven Construction :

Double walled, with inner and outer chamber made of mild steel sheets. Mineral glasswool is used for insulation, in-between the two chamber walls. Door is insulates with brass hinges and ball catch lock. Adjustable ventilation is provided. Heating elements, made of Nochrome 80/20, are places at the bottom of the chamber. Temperature is controlled with the help of a capillary thermostat. 3-heat switch is provided for power saving. Ovens are electrically operated at 230 Volts, AC, Single Phase, 50 Hz supply

Laboratory Ovens are also available with complete stainless steel chamber, forced air circulation and digital temperature controller.

Vacuum Oven
Construction :

The outer body is made of mild steel sheet. The inner chamber is made of stainless steel and heaters are clamped to its outside and operated at low heat. Glasswool insulation is used between the two walls. Temperature control is provided by a capillary thermostat which having excellent durability and accuracy. The ovens are fitted with a vacuum guage and vacuum cock. A gas inlet is provided for application involving the use of an inert gas. The inlet can be closed when gas is not used. Mains ON and Heaters ON indicating lamps are provided. Vacuum Ovens are electrically operated at 230 Volts, AC, Single Phase, 50 Hz supply.

Vacuum ovens are also available with digital temperature controller along with thermocouple sensor for better temperature accuracy.

Bacteriological Incubator
Construction :

The double walled cabinet is made of mild steel and lagged with high quality mineral glasswool. The inside door is made of a glass panel set in a wooden frame, fitted with felt gasket and fastened by ball catch lock. The outer door is double walled and made of mild steel, working on heavy brass hinges with a ball catch lock. Adjustable shelves are of crimp wire mesh offering minimum resistance to air convection. The ventilation arrangements are very efficient. Heaters are made of Nichrome 80/20, from Driver Harris. Mains ON and Heaters ON indicating lamps are provided. Incubators are electrically operated at 230 Volts, AC, Single Phase, 50 Hz supply.

Bacteriological Incubators are also available with digital temperature controller along with thermocouple sensor for better temperature accuracy.

Outer body is made of mild steel sheet. Thick fiber glass cloth is used for the inner surface. Glass wool is used for insulation. Heaters are of Nichrome 80/20, and are carefully designed to provide uniform surface temperature of upto 450OC. Flexible and elastic heating elements ensure close contact with the flask surface, minimizing tilting or breakage of glassware. Soxhlet Extraction Mantles
Soxhlet Extraction Mantles Construction :

The mild steel body consists of a rectangular box housing the heaters and built-in controls. The flexible and elastic heating element ensure close contact with the flask and even distribution of heat over the entire surface, minimizing titling or breakage of glassware. Glasswool insulation is provided to minimize heat loss. Soxhlet extraction mantles are electrically operated at 230 Volts, AC, Single Phase, 50 Hz supply

Temperature is controlled by means of an Energy Regulator. Our standard model consists of 1 energy regulator and 1 indicating lamp for each heater. Models having a single energy regulator for all the heaters are also available.

Soxhlet Extraction Mantles are available for 100ml to 350ml flask sizes.

Water Still
Water Still Construction :

Use for obtaining pyrogen free distilled water. Made of Stainless Steel. Wall mounting type. Water Stills are electrically operated at 230 Volts, AC, Single Phase, 50 Hz supply

Water Stills are also available with Level Indication System. Such a system would cut off the water supply from the equipment as soon as the specified level has been reached. This would save your precious resources of water and electricity. Apart from saving a lot of power, it would also prove to be a good safety measure.
